- Provide tourist information translations in at least two foreign languages regarding:
- any listed tourist accommodation including at least the name of the establishment, address, email address, website, phone number and rating;
- monuments and cultural, natural or leisure sites including prices, opening seasons and times, website, phone number and address.
- Update its tourist information every year.
- Display emergency phone numbers outside.
- Present all the relevant services in its area of expertise for all clients.
- Enable you to view availability at listed accommodation.
- Handle your complaints and assess your level of satisfaction.
- Provide a tourist information service covering new IT and communication tools (social media, smartphone, GPS etc.)
- Adhere to a quality approach.
- Provide a travel advisor to assist you.
- Ensure local tourist information is accurate and up to date.
