Café Bras.A break at the Soulages Museum

The Café Bras flavours

Deep in the Soulages Museum, 500m² is devoted to top French chefs Michel and Sébastien Bras’ cookery true to Pierre Soulages’ artwork. It’s called Café Bras and its dishes switch between “bistronomy” and gastronomy.

A restaurant

In the heart of the museum.

Renowned chefs

Michel and Sébastien Bras serve dishes that have flourished with 40 years of experience. Fuelled by their Aveyron roots, Michel and Sébastien Bras entrusted Christophe Chaillou with Café Bras to bring it to life all day with our favourite mealtimes:

  • morning snack,
  • aperitif,
  • lunch,
  • afternoon tea,
  • and dinner on Saturday night.

The different dishes served throughout the day are perfectly suited to visitors at the Soulages Museum who want to get together with family or friends. Two separate areas will sate your appetite:

  • The counter for a drink and light bite or sweet treat depending on the time of day,
  • The restaurant for a menu of the day based on market produce.

The areas are laid out to create an extension of the museum and connection to the city.
